Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 552. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior warning. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the full name, phone number, bank details, and email address registered to their account are valid and belong to them. 552 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. 552 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own failure to safeguard your login information.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a user of the 552 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules when using our services.

Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's profile. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the registered user's name. 552 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals of significant amounts.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to one business day. Any transaction-related issues must be reported within thirty (30) days of the transaction date.
